- Most items from Delia are usually made to order and can take 2 - 3 weeks to arrive. Smaller items may take less time while larger items such as tables and beds take 4 - 6 weeks. Items from Form & Reform, The Metal Garden and Prairie Dance usually ship within 2 - 4 days and arrive within a week. Items from festa & co. usually ship within 1 - 2 weeks. Inquire if you have specific shipping needs or deadlines.

- Returns & Replacements
- Due to the uniqueness of our items, returns are for repair or replacement only. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@interiormetaldesigns.com for returns authorization. We will repair or replace the item. Please retain all shipping materials for return shipping. In the event of a damaged or defective item, InteriorMetalDesigns.com will pay for return shipping.

- Payment
- We currently accept all major Credit Cards and PayPal payments (which includes eChecks). All orders will be held until payment clears.
- Viewing Orders
- If you created an account, you can view your order status by logging in to your Customer Account. If you checked out as a guest, you will need to contact us at info@interiormetaldesigns.com to check on your order status.
- Updating Account Information
- Please og in to your Customer Account in order to update your account information. If you need to change the shipping address of a pending order, please notifiy us at info@interiormetaldesigns.com.
